We use our technical capability and knowledge to help solve customer challenges. Our facility incorporates the latest production and analytical equipment. These include general-purpose reagents through to analytical reagents and ultra-pure materials used in the electronic industry. Our state-of-the-art clean room supplies, packs, and blends acids, alkalis, performance etches, cleaners, and developers to BP, NF, AR, Electronic, VLSI & ULSI standards.
Products are packaged in a dedicated clean-room environment designed to maintain product integrity and ensure compliance with ISO 14644 clean-room and associated controlled environments.
Full analytical support is provided capable of measurements to <1ppb. Purity levels using inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP). The facility operates an accredited Integrated Management System incorporating ISO 9000 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
