EU Subsidiary
Greenline Group has responded to the Brexit situation by incorporating a UK subsidiary in the United Kingdom called Tepe Kimya Europe Ltd. Leaving the EU created a border between Greenline Group and its UK customers. Any chemicals moved across this border now need to clear EU customs before delivery can be made. Greenline will organise and appoint a clearing agent to ensure deliveries are made as smoothly as possible with minimal disruption to existing supply chains.
Greenline’s commercial office and sales team will remain in the Netherlands and their roles remain unchanged. EU customers will be invoiced by Hayat Kimya Holding B.V., which has a Dutch VAT and EORI number. Payments will continue unchanged into our existing bank accounts. Greenline Group is experienced in the import & export of chemicals worldwide and is keeping up-to-date with new developments in EU regulations.
